This executive home with over 2400sqft of living space, awaits your arrival. The layout includes 3 King-size bedrooms, of which 2 are en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms. We can sleep 10 guests, not including the crib.
Well furnished, the villa includes 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, a kitchen and breakfast nook, TV/family lounge and its own South facing heated pool and Jacuzzi.
The villa is equipped with upgraded facilities and equipment. These include a 50” HD-LCD screen in the TV/family room, Cable TV and DVD in every bedroom, CD player, 2x Sony PS2 with games and a separate games room comprising air hockey, table football and an 8ft slate pool table There is also a stock of DVD’s, CD’s, books and board games for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave oven, waste disposal and dishwasher. There is also an electric kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and all the cutlery and crockery etc you will need. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The south facing pool and Spa with extended decking area (with child fence for safety) will add to your relaxation. We have sun loungers and chairs for everybody, tables and a large parasol for when you need shade!
