Conditions of
advertising on Disney-Villas.co.uk
1. We take a 5% commission (reduced from 10%) on all bookings.
You do not pay a penny if we do not get you bookings.
2. We reserve the right not to accept villas onto our site, or to remove a
villa that is not complying with our terms and conditions.
3. You provide the information via the E.form; we publish your villa details
to the web site.
4. You add the relevant pricing for your home, using the standard LOW, MID, HIGH and PEAK bands.
5. You suggest you have a link to a rentors.org (homeandaway) calendar. We like to check your availability through your booking calendar before making a booking in your home. However, we do appreciate some owners prefer not to show their home's availability, in this instance, we request you respond to any bookings we put forward in a timely manner.
6. Once we take a booking or strong enquiry for your home we will contact you via email. Once
this has been done we require confirmation from you immediately to accept the booking.
7. We will deduct the 5% commission from the guest’s deposit and forward
on to you once the booking is tied up. You will handle thereafter, advising the guest of your individual guest requirements and invoicing for the balance of the rental rate, when due.
8. In the unlikely event of you not being able to honour the booking once it
has been confirmed with you and allocated to your home, the commission received is not refundable..
9. It is your responsibility to take the usual security deposit from the guest, as per your own terms and conditions. Please advise the guest of your breakages policy.
10. In disputes with guests, Disney Villas will offer to arbitrate if required.
11. This concept will work best when villa owners work together. We ask that
you pass on to the group any enquiries that you can not accommodate. When you pass enquiries on that lead to bookings you are given £25
per booking, referral fee.
12. You will also receive credits, which means you will be more likely to be
given a booking from our “Let us allocate your villa bookings” the
more enquiries you pass on.
13. When you do not have availability from your own web site, we would request you
inform potential guests by sending them the following message:
" I am sorry I do not have availability in my own
home for your requested dates; however I am pleased to be part of a network of
beautiful executive homes Disney-villas.co.uk" |
